With flexible points management, you can determine how guests earn points and how they can be redeemed. You decide whether points are awarded based on revenue, per booking, or according to membership level. If needed, you can also award points manually, for example as a gesture of goodwill or as a special reward for regular guests.

DIRS21 supports currency points and status points. Guests earn currency points for every euro spent and can redeem them later for discounts, perks, or additional services. Status points are used to advance through levels and determine when new perks are unlocked.
